The Batman

POSSIBLE SPOILERS
The Batman is a movie that has me up late at night. It is a three hour, new actor reboot. Along with the realism they worked with in the movie, they created a new thought process for Batman. I mean multiple times he gets hurt, freezes in fear, and even stalls his car. In this movie, Bruce Wayne has only been Batman for about three years so all of these things are pretty real. He is still technically a new hero, so it makes sense for him to mess up a little. Now from the physiological factor. THIS MOVIE WAS DEEP. You really got to see Batman in a very dark and brooding way.
The story itself, in my own opinion, was amazing. It gave you a whole story about Batman and his sort of “come up” in a way. But it also gave you these mind games from the Riddler. There weren’t just jokes like Jim Careys Riddler, there was a dark, mastermind killer. On top of already getting the Riddler, the ending scene with Riddler and “Unnamed prisoner” talking in the prison can lead you to think, like all other Batman fans. That this next movie might have a few more jokes than the last one.
Now, getting into the biggest worry of mine that first came with the casting of this movie, Batman himself. Robert Pattinson took on a big risk with being Batman. Being Batman is not an easy task especially since we have had so many. But in my opinion, Robert Pattinson did an amazing job. But of course it was a little odd to me because he did not have a voice changer in his suit like Ben Affleck. I got used to that and it seemed a little odd to hear Robert Pattinson just do a deep, sort of cringy, voice.
Overall, this movie was amazing. I highly recommend that if you are going to watch it, watch it with surround sound. With all of these expensive sound effects used in this movie, a surround sound system will get you fully immersed in the action and will pull you into the action and keep you there. Get your popcorn, sit down, and get ready for the most emotionally confusing movie for the next 3 hours.
